Cancellation policy:
We understand that things happen and guests may need to cancel a reservation.
Our policy is as follows:
- Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking
- If guests cancel 30 or more days before check-in, the full booking minus credit card fees will be refunded.
- If guests cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the booking minus credit card fees will be refunded.
- Cancellations less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Rental Agreement:
Guests will receive a rental agreement with the booking confirmation.
Deposit:
The guest's card will be automatically charged a $200 security deposit a few days before check in, and will automatically receive the $200 credit a few days after check out, unless there is damage.occurs at least 14 days before check-in
